The 4.2kW Comfort Range is a living room system. It has the airflow to condition a lounge or lounge-dining area of roughly 35 to 45 square metres, recover quickly when the family comes home on a 35-degree afternoon, then throttle back and hold temperature efficiently for the rest of the evening.

Unlike a bedroom, a living area gains heat from people, cooking, televisions, glazing and doors that open all afternoon. Fujitsu’s inverter compressor ramps up to meet that load, then runs at low speed — which is what keeps humidity in check and running costs sensible over a long Queensland summer.
